Our venue rentals begin at 12-hours (including set up and tear down) giving you plenty of time for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception with family and friends while you watch the sun dip behind the mountains.

Additional venue hours can be purchased for $200/hour.

We understand the desire to work with vendors you love, so Hidden Springs Ranch allows the open use of caterers & bar services. We are always happy to recommend vendors as well!

Our 55 acre property includes two ceremony spaces, two getting ready suites, a game room, an indoor bar, outdoor beer garden, covered patio with planters, an outdoor fire pit, and a great hall for gathering.

We’ve saved you a step in planning by providing tables, chairs, and simple linens for your wedding day.

Since we allow couples to bring in alcohol, we require the purchase of a Special Event Liquor Policy at least 30-days prior to weddings.

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit of all monies due. Within 120 days after contract, the remaining 50% deposit is taken.
