How long are venue rentals? All venue rentals are for a 12-hour time period between noon and Midnight, including set up and clean up. Additional day-of hours can be purchased for $200/hour.

Can I bring my own vendors? Yes! We require you book a bar service, and caterer, but these vendors can be your favorites that you choose. We are happy to give tried and true recommendations!

What is your capacity? Hidden Springs Ranch can host up to 200 guests.

Can I add hours to the rental time? Yes! All rental blocks start at 12 hours, but additional hours can be added for $200/hour.

What is the parking situation? The ranch accommodates up to 40 vehicles. Groups with more than 40 vehicles are strongly encouraged to carpool or book a shuttle service for guest transportation.

Can I bring my own alcohol? All guests are able to bring in alcohol with a corresponding Event Liquor Liability Policy. Policies are usually between $150-$250 and due 30-days prior to your wedding.

Do I need a day-of coordinator? Your wedding day should be about you and focused solely on you. Your families’ and loved ones enjoyment of the day is important to us, so we STRONGLY encourage the use of a professional day-of-coordinator for all weddings. We have many recommendations we are happy to share!

What is included? Hosting your wedding at Hidden Springs Ranch include private, full property access for 12-hours for just you and your guests. We only host one event per day. Tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception and basic table linens are included. Use of both getting ready spaces is included. Five Cocktail Table Rounds, Six Decorative Wine Barrels, Propane Fire Pit(s), and a Day of Event Venue Liaison are included. Our Day of Event Venue Liaison does not do any coordinating work. We host a final walk through with your team 30-days in advance of the event.

What is really in the fine print? In addition to our venue fee, we require a refundable $750 Security Deposit for all weddings. All couples must purchase Event Liability Insurance. You are responsible for trash removal and set up, but full service catering companies include these tasks in their services. We have tried to make our venue welcoming and affordable for our guests. We appreciate your respect to our finer details. Portable ADA restrooms are included, and restroom trailer upgrades are optional.

Do you allow dogs? We know how much our couples love their dogs, and we totally understand sharing this day with all furry family members! Couples may have 2 dogs at the event with PRIOR approval. Dogs must stay in outdoor kennel and with a handler who is not in the wedding party for the entirety of the event.

What is the price? Saturday weddings at Hidden Springs Ranch are $8,500 and Friday/Sunday Weddings are $7,500. Monday-Thursday weddings or gatherings are available upon request, for 7-hours. Please visit our pricing page for additional details.

Is their lodging nearby? We partner with and love to recommend River Run. This unique property is only a few minutes away, with a variety of accommodations, and many fun on site activities.
